Cochin Arts and Science College celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 with a seminar on “Empowering Voices: Building Gender Equality and a Harassment-Free Future.” The programme was organized by the Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell in association with the Women Cell. The session was led by Dr. Shalini P, who spoke about women empowerment and gender equality. Students and faculty members actively participated in the event held on 9 March 2026 at the Seminar Hall. As part of the celebration, a debate competition was also conducted for students. Many participants shared their views on equality and social awareness. Keerthana A P (S2 Cyber Forensics) won the first prize in the debate competition.
