The Department of Psychology, in association with the Mentoring and Counseling Committee and IQAC, organized an Expert Talk on “Mental Health and Stress Management” on 10th October 2025 at the CASC Seminar Hall.
The session was led by Mr. Jose Thachil, an NLP Master Practitioner, Laughter Therapist, and Certified Trainer & Counsellor.
The talk focused on understanding mental well-being, managing stress effectively, and promoting a positive mindset.
Students and faculty members actively participated, making the session highly interactive and insightful.
The event was conducted as part of Mental Health Day observance at Cochin Arts and Science College.
