Cochin Arts and Science College, Manakkekadavu, organized an industrial visit to Wonderla, Amusement Park, Ernakulam on 4th October 2023. The visit aimed to provide students with practical insights into the management of food and beverages within an amusement park setting. The students visited the facility, menu diversity, hygiene, and customer service practices. The visit highlighted the importance of catering to diverse customer preferences, ensuring food safety, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The students gained a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities in managing food services within large entertainment facilities and the importance of food safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
