B.Sc. Food Technology & Quality Assurance + Food Processing is a three-year undergraduate degree program that deals with the production, preservation, research, and development of food products, as well as ensuring food quality by preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured food products to avoid further problems. The program covers a wide range of topics related to food science and technology such as food science and chemistry, unit operations, food analysis, modern processing and preservation techniques, principles of management and marketing.
The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of food science, processing, preservation, and packaging. Students will learn about food safety, quality control, and regulatory affairs.
Eligibility:
Candidates after completing 12th Standard/ HSC/ 10+2 (or equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognized Board can join the course.
