CASC’s Career Guidance and Placement Cell was established to assist students in building the necessary skills and job-search methods to attain their professional goals. To keep up with the current strong competition, the placement cell has taken numerous steps, including organising seminars, mock interviews, soft skills, communication skills, personality development , corporate culture/etiquette, and leadership training for students. Our career advising and placement cell’s mission is to equip students for industry demands and present them with the greatest options accessible. In addition to placement assistance, the Cell provides students with instruction on various pathways in further education and other employment options.

The placement cell at Cochin Arts and Science College is intended to give placements to all students in our institution who wishes to excel in their career. We guide the students in choosing a right career and improve their skill sets by providing them with proper training and attitude tests. We organize pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students and conduct placement drives also. Our activities also include gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements and preparing our students for the same.
