Cochin Arts and Science College, under the auspices of the College Union 2025–26, in collaboration with NSS and Load Factor, organizes a Pop-Up Fitness Challenge aimed at promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and active campus engagement among students. The event features a series of short, high-energy fitness and coordination challenges including push-ups, planks, wall sits, skipping, balance activities, and team-based tasks.

The programme encourages students to test their strength, endurance, and mental focus in a supportive and motivating environment, fostering a culture of health, discipline, and sportsmanship within the campus community.
