Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Mind Craft

Mind Craft and the Cochin Arts and Science College Department of Psychology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which has valid from June 2022 to June 2025. The agreement entails mutual collaboration in sharing information and resources about Positive Mental Health programs. Collaborative activities encompass the development of Add-On Courses, the organization of Seminars, and other related initiatives.

C-DIT

The MoU between the Department of Commerce, Cochin Arts and Science College, and C-DIT runs from June 6th, 2022 to June 5th, 2023. This agreement comprises giving C- DIT courses as Add-On to the C-DIT ASSOCIATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME (CAEP).

JB International Academy

On July 6, 2022, the Department of Computer Application at Cochin Arts and Science College entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JB International Academy. As per the terms of the agreement, JB International Academy will provide certificate courses or Add-On Courses, for a minimum duration of three years.

Government Higher Secondary School, Pazhamthottam, Ernakulam

The Department of Computer Application and Cyber Forensics at Cochin Arts and Science College and the Government Higher Secondary School, Pazhamthottam, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will allow them to hold annual workshops on computer applications and technology for the students of the school from July, 2022 to July 2027.

KMEA College of Arts and Science, Kuzhivelipady, Ernakulam

An agreement has been established between the Department of Computer Application and Cyber Forensics at Cochin Arts and Science College and KMEA Arts and Science College. The MoU spans from January 17, 2024, to March 31, 2024. It aims to enhance the academic capabilities of both faculties and students, incorporating a Faculty Development program.

St. Mary's College of Commerce and Management, Thuruthiply, Ernakulam

The Department of Management Studies of Cochin Arts and Science College’s PG Department of Commerce and St. Mary’s College of Commerce and Management have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement, which runs from January 17, 2024 to January 17, 2027, aims to improve the academic capacities of both staff and students.

St. Thomas Arts and Science College, Puthencruz, Ernakulam

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been officially established between the Department of Computer Application and Cyber Forensics at Cochin Arts and Science College and ST. Thomas Arts and Science College. This agreement is effective from March 15, 2024, to March 15, 2025, aiming to bolster the academic proficiency of both faculty and students.

Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Cochin Arts and Science College and the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala on November 5, 2024. The collaboration aims to enhance skill development opportunities for students through various training programs.

Algagen Solution

Cochin Arts and Science College entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Algagen Solution on August 30, 2024. This collaboration focuses on knowledge sharing, research support, and skill-based training programs that strengthen the academic–industry interface and provide students with practical exposure.

BMW EVM Autokraft

On November 13, 2024, the Department of Management Studies entered into an MoU with BMW EVM Autokraft. Valid until November 13, 2027, this partnership provides students with corporate exposure, industrial training, and career development opportunities.

SMEC Automation

On February 12, 2025, the Department entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with SMEC Automation. Valid until February 12, 2028, this partnership focuses on professional training, workshops, and industry-related programs that aim to enhance students’ technical knowledge and career readiness.

Beetees Academy of Commerce

A Memorandum of Understanding with Beetees Academy of Commerce was signed on March 19, 2025, and will remain valid until March 19, 2028. The collaboration centers on commerce-based training and Add-On courses that provide students with practical exposure and skill enhancement opportunities.

Finishing School India

The  Department of Commerce signed an MoU with Finishing School India on March 26, 2025. The agreement, valid till March 26, 2026, focuses on grooming students with soft skills, employability training, and career readiness programs.

Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science, Nellikuzi, Kothamangalam

The Department of Food Technology & Quality Assurance signed an MoU with Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science, Nellikuzhi, on May 19, 2022. Valid until May 19, 2025, this partnership promotes academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint research in food science.

NIFPHATT

On March 10, 2025, the Department of Food Technology & Quality Assurance signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NIFPHATT. Valid until March 10, 2028, the agreement supports specialized training, research collaboration, and industry exposure for students.

Brix Certifications Edugate Tower

The Department of Food Technology & Quality Assurance entered into an MoU with Brix Certifications Edugate Tower on February 24, 2025. This collaboration aims to enhance quality assurance practices, industry certification knowledge, and practical training opportunities.

Kerala Food Technologists Association (KEFTA)

An MoU with KEFTA was established on February 24, 2025, aiming to strengthen food technology awareness, student workshops, and professional networking opportunities.

Guidance Plus

Cochin Arts and Science College entered into an MoU with Guidance Plus on February 4, 2025. The agreement, valid until February 4, 2027, aims to support students with academic enrichment programs, career guidance, and professional training modules.

Exora Insight Hub

On April 2, 2025, the Department of computer application signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Exora Insight Hub. Valid until April 2, 2028, the agreement focuses on data-driven learning, skill-based projects, and professional exposure

IPCS Global

The Department of Computer Application and Cyber Forensics signed an MoU with IPCS Global on April 11, 2025. This partnership emphasizes industry-oriented training, skill development, and technical collaboration for students.
