The Yuva Tourism Club at Cochin Arts and Science College was inaugurated on August 11, marking International Youth Day. The event began with a welcome speech from the Tourism Club Coordinator, Dr. Renjith K Philip, and the program was inagurated by Ms. Rithula Magdelin CI, Assistant Manager at the Kerala Tourism Ministry. The club aims to promote responsible tourism practices among students and encourages a lifetime commitment to responsible travel. The event aimed to raise awareness about tourism’s impact on local economies and cultures.
