The Food Safety Department, Ernakulam organised a seminar in conjunction with the ‘World Food Safety Day 2024’ commemoration. The students and teachers of CASC’s Food Technology and Microbiology Departments had an opportunity to participate in the programme. The session was quite informative, and our students got the opportunity to address the audience.
