On 22nd August 2023, the Biosciences Department and Food Sciences Department organized a Wellness Matters Camp to promote overall well-being and raise awareness about health-related issues among students and faculty members. The event began with an inauguration ceremony by Principal Dr. Renjith KP, who emphasized the importance of maintaining good health. The Food Sciences Department assessed participants’ health parameters, including BMI, blood pressure, and fat content, providing valuable insights for personalized wellness plans. The event also included mental health assessments and blood group testing, promoting holistic well-being and encouraging individuals to take charge of their health.
