On 20th and 30th of October, soft skill training session was held by Neethu Ismail (Assistant Professor HOD-Department of management studies), the session mainly focusing on topics like business etiquettes, self-efficacy and success definition were discussed with the students. Initially we began the session by given an idea of how they had to attend group discussions while they face placements etc. Group discussions were conducted as well which gave them a clarity of how to do group discussions.
