The independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by all the volunteers and fellow students of the college. On 15/8/2023, volunteers gathered in front of the college building. Flag hoisting was the first event. Around 70 students reported at 8.00am itself. The flag hoisting was carried out by the Hon’ble Director Mr. Shemeer in the presence of Director Shihabudheen and Principal Dr. Renjith K Philip, along with teaching and non-teaching staffs. It was followed by saluting the national flag and national anthem chanting. The principal and director addressed the gathering.
There was a gathering for NSS Volunteers at the Seminar Hall. Programme officers handled a session on “How NSS works”. All the volunteers and participants of the programme were distributed payasam to share the joy of the day.
